About Qais Rahhal
Qais is a CDA-licensed psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and adults using a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He believes clients progress best when they feel understood and empowered, and he works closely with individuals to build insight, practical coping skills, and lasting emotional resilience.
Qais holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Mediterranean University. He is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society with the basis for chartered membership. Since 2016, he has worked internationally across clinics, hospitals, and schools, providing individual therapy, parent support, staff training, and whole-setting wellbeing interventions. He is a trained safeguarding lead and delivers therapy in both Arabic and English.
